VR stands for Virtual Reality. It is essentially a computer generated virtual environment to simulate reality. This virtual visual to be displayed can be generated from a real life source (e.a. photo or video), completely computer generated (as is usually the case for games), or a mix of both, which is most commonly used for many professional projects and institutionalized presentations.

Not quite. VR is a virtual environment, where as AR (Augmented Reality) can be virtually integrated onto a VR or Real location visible through special equipment, such as our phones. 

One fine example of AR can be appreciated with Amazon's "View in your room" feature for some products.

As of this posting, we do not provide AR services aside from a simplified variant used in some of our Virtual Tours.

It can be easy to confuse both VR360 and 3D because they both use a Three-Dimensional type of visualization. However, these two are different yet co-related.

Think of it this way: VR can be Monoscopic (2D) or Stereoscopic (3D). A monoscopic VR gives you a complete sense of dimension around the center point of the vista. A stereoscopic VR will add enhanced realism to a Virtual Environment, as it will attempt to create a sense of perspective for each eye, much so like in real life.

When you think of regular 3D, you are most likely considering your experience at movie theaters with 3D glasses and the whole shebang, to give you that sense of visuals popping out of the screen, but it's mostly just to give you a better sense of perspective compared to a regular 2D presentation.

The short answer to this question is YES!

The long-winded answer is Yes, but do you actually need it? and is your budget ready for it? When you think 3D-VR, there are a few options for creating the best possible experience, but you must keep in mind that on a 4K 3D-VR you basically are recording, editing and playing back at twice the size to compensate for each eye's perspective. This translates to additional time to get the product out from our production room.

3D-VR is still experimental, so while we can help you with it, make sure your audience will actually benefit from it and that you have ample time for planning, productions and post-production.

YES! We can help you with both Video and Photography in 3D. Depending on your budget we can go crazy with it, but we prefer keeping it to a realistic and balanced production in both budget & quality.

One of the great advantages of 3D is that we get two 2D versions at the very same time. As such, it is relatively easier to distribute both a 2D and 3D version to your audience.

This one can usually be confusing as they both are named very similarly. The concept is similar, but inverted.

360 Product Photography basically holds a static object in the center and we take photos of every angle around it, thus creating a 360 view. This is most commonly used for eCommerce where a customer will want to see what the product looks like from all angles prior to commiting to a purchase.

So, unlike VR360 which is from the center -> out, this type of photography is from the outside -> in. 

For video we shoot mainly in 4K or higher (currently up to 10k) resolutions. This allows us to publish the video for multiple target audiences, as specified by your project needs. Video can be published in either VR or over-scanned 2D, depending on the target audience.

For photography we offer multiple resolutions based on your budget and quality requirements. The basic is 5MP; The standard is 18 Megapixels for most projects; High is around 50 Megapixels or higher.

For those focused on Quality we offer a few choices to best fit your budget or how soon you need it. We can even extend to the Gigabit realm with dSLR VR, which will offer the highest quality but may take the longest to achieve per panoramic. But quality, speed and resolution will greatly depend on the camera we use and the specifics of our production agreement.

Resolution normally refers to the size of the visual. For instance in video you normally see 480p, 720p, 1080p, 2.7k, 4k, etc. For 1080p, basically you have one thousand and eighty lines of vertical resolution. In photography you usually measure the resolution in Megapixels. The resolution is normally be measured in Width x Height in pixels. 

Quality on the other hand refers on how well the image or video looks on display. For example, a low quality image will normally have some artifacts, blur or some sort of pixelation or any visual disturbance that will affect its visual appeal.  In contrast, a higher quality image will have better depth of field, sharper definition among other elements.

Important to note: Even if you have an image with very high resolution, if there are too many artifacts, noise, blur or any other element that could hinder its quality, you may end up wasting more time and money fixing a bad image than getting it done properly the first time.

It is basically a method of expanding part of the panoramic to regular 2D planar visualization, similar to a regular video but with a few additional benefits only possible with VR.

For best results, we shoot in 4k or higher, to allow for better detail when we publish the end video. Unless otherwise specified, the video will be published at the current standard of 1080p resolution.

This is a service mostly provided to businesses and landmarks offered by Google. It allows their Maps platform to display 360 photos of the various businesses and landmarks around the world, in many cases helping promote tourism, real estate and retail sales.

With Google StreetView we take panoramic photos from outside your business and take a small tour inside your workplace, providing visitors a Virtual Tour for everyone to see. Reach out to us for details.

Yes! we have adapted our drone to handle some of our 360 cameras. We can record 360 video and also take 360 photos for the sharpest quality at highest possible resolution.

There are various types of Virtual Tours, but the following 3 are the most common and provided by us. 

Panoramic Virtual Tour: We take multiple 360x360 photos (or videos) of a requested location and link them all together to allow the visitor to view the place as if they were there. They can look up, down, left right and all around, giving them a greater sense of the property. A hotspot will easily link different vistas. This is our preferred method.

Video Virtual Tour / Walkthrough: We use a combination of cameras to best achieve a desirable result. For most cases, our VR Cameras will work great, but in cases where we need further quality control, we will use our dSLR equipment. It is all then put together and we create a video presentation of your property. Some properties benefit from this type of tour more than a VR, specially if there are parts you don't want  emphasized.

Photo SlideShow Tour: This is the simplest of tours, and are specific to just the angle you want to display. While not bad to display highlights, they don't give a full sense of the property to the viewer. We consider this more of a complements the two above and can generally be created from the produced footage or separately when necessary.
