We do not walk into meetings cold; We require your data 24 hours in advance to ensure our time is spent on strategy, not catch-up. Failure to provide this data may result in mission cancellation. Any restart of the process will require an upgrade to COA 1b.

Step 4: The Engagement Meetings are conducted via a secure virtual briefing room. In-person engagements are strictly case-by-case and subject to separate coordination. If BZV can see them, your competition is already capitalizing on them.

Step 5: The Deliverable (SITREP) Within three business days of our session, you will receive a high-fidelity SITREP PDF via email. This is your permanent record of the engagement, containing the raw analysis and the suggested Courses of Action.

Step 4: The Engagement We meet via a secure virtual briefing room for an intensive session. This is a Truth-to-Power forensic deconstruction. We will identify root-cause friction points and map the second and third-order effects of your current vulnerabilities. We identify what your competition sees that you do not and implement strategic safeguards. Remember: your competition continues to evolve; maintaining the vanguard is not a static process.

Step 5: The Deliverable (Forensic SITREP) Within three business days of our session, you will receive a high-fidelity Forensic SITREP PDF. This document is a comprehensive strategic asset containing the raw analysis, identified systemic risks, and a roadmap for mitigation and contingencies.

Step 6: Communication Protocol Follow-up is handled strictly via email. No DMs, no unscheduled calls. If the SITREP reveals a need for continuous oversight, we discuss transitioning to COA 2a (Advanced Operational Support), COA 2b (Deep-Dive Strategic Forensics), or specialized capabilities under the Info in Context™ division.

Step 5: Mission Completion (The Off-Ramp) Retainers are billed in 30-day cycles via invoice. To ensure a clean hand-off of all data and strategic continuity, a 30-day "Notice of Mission Completion" is required to terminate the engagement.

Step 2: The "War Room" Protocol COA 2b is a high-intensity Line of Effort. We establish a dedicated communication channel and a condensed briefing schedule. I provide the Forensic Dossier — a deep-dive (unclassified) intelligence product mapping every vulnerability, adversary maneuver, and contingency path for the mission.

Step 3: Asset Protection & Operational Security (OPSEC) All documents are delivered via secure, encrypted channels. We provide the raw, pragmatically uncomfortable reality of the situation; this is the mandatory first step toward resolution.

• Proprietary & Classified Data: We do not handle classified production at this time. Mishandling classified information is a statute violation. For private-sector clients, we work with proprietary information on a need-to-know basis as authorized by your cognizant authority.

• Legal Compliance: As with all COAs, any discovered statute violations will result in immediate termination of the project and notification to the pertinent law enforcement authorities.

Step 4: Duration and Milestones COA 2b missions are defined by Milestones, not hours. We work until the objective is secured or the contingency plan is fully implemented. Operational hours may shift based on project requirements and will be factored into the initial cost assessment.
