Official Notice of Operational Standards
Professional engagement with BeeZee Vision, LLC™ (BZV) is predicated on mutual clarity and the strict adherence to established protocols. The documents housed within these three modules — Rules of Engagement (ROE), Terms of Use (TOS), and Privacy Policy Protocol — form the legal and ethical foundation of our network.
We operate with high-intensity focus and expect the same from our mission partners. Please review each section with care; initiating contact or utilizing BZV services constitutes a binding acknowledgement of these terms. Be advised: Failure to adhere to these parameters will result in the immediate termination of services and the forfeiture of all retainers without refund. If you find these standards inconsistent with your operational style, we respectfully ask that you refrain from utilizing our portals or requesting mission support. We prioritize mission integrity and respectful time management above all else.

BZV RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (ROE)
1. MISSION ETHICS & GATEKEEPING BZV retains the absolute right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, based on availability, mission misalignment, or operational priority. We do not conduct business with entities involved in illegal statutes, corruption, or discriminatory practices. Any violation discovered during engagement results in immediate termination and, where applicable, notification to pertinent law enforcement authorities.
2. THE "NO-WASTE" POLICY (TIME & PREPARATION) Time is a finite, unrecoverable asset.
- Preparedness: Clients must arrive at sessions fully prepared. All requested data must be provided 24 hours in advance (within business hours) when requested. Requirements will be articulated via email.
- Escalation Protocol: As projects evolve, certain client deliverables will be required. Failure to provide these will result in: (1) a formal Reminder, (2) a secondary Warning, and (3) Mission Termination upon the third instance.
- Aborted Missions: Arriving unprepared results in an aborted mission with no refund. * Rescheduling: Client negligence requires a new session booking and a new payment, regardless of prior reminders. BZV provides strategy and high-level planning; we do not provide administrative file organization.
- Consent: By engaging BZV through our Operational Capabilities or Liaison portals, you acknowledge you have thoroughly reviewed and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not initiate contact.
3. FINANCIAL INTEGRITY & PERMANENT BANNING
- Investment Terms: All payments are processed via myBZV or at the point of booking. Clients for COA 2a, 2b, IIC-A, and IIC-B are required to create a myBZV account. Direct payments for COA 1a and COA 1b do not require an account. There are no refunds. Once a window is booked, resources are allocated.
- The Shield: Repeated professional failure, disrespect of the process, or lack of punctuality will result in a permanent ban from all BZV platforms.
- Attendance Penalties: To mitigate scheduling conflicts, we offer three "Rainy Day" rescheduling options. However, failure to notify BZV of an absence or request a rescheduling in advance will incur a $750.00 penalty for COA 1a and a $1,500.00 penalty for COA 1b, reflecting the lost opportunity for other clients to utilize that consultation window.
4. OPSEC & DATA CLASSIFICATION
- Classification: BZV does not handle classified material at this time. All work is conducted at the unclassified level using sophisticated Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and analytical techniques.
- Methodology: We do not provide opinions; we provide measurable facts based on a compendium of trend analyses and publicly available information.
- Need-to-Know: Proprietary information is handled strictly on a "Need-to-Know" basis. All deliverables are marked "CONTROLLED ITEM" and disseminated under mutually approved guidelines.
5. COMMUNICATION DOCTRINE & BANDWIDTH CONTROL
- Channels: Communication is handled exclusively through the myBZV Portal or official Email. We do not respond to DMs, texts, or unscheduled calls.
- Operational Window: 0900–1500 (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) EST, Monday–Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
- Surcharge: Unscheduled calls or protocol bypasses will incur a $2,000.00 USD operational surcharge.
6. ZERO-TOLERANCE HARASSMENT POLICY Any attempt to compromise personal privacy, bypass operational security (OPSEC), or engage in harassment/intimidation — whether in person, by proxy, or virtually — will result in the immediate termination of all engagements without refund. BZV reserves the right to document, preserve, and report all evidence to law enforcement.

BZV TERMS OF USE (TOS)
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND SOVEREIGNTY The BZV Network is a curated ecosystem of proprietary assets. All content — including but not limited to the BeeZee Vision Archive and BZVweb™ professional development assets — is the sole intellectual property of BeeZee Vision, LLC™, J. Marcelo Baqueroalvarez, David R. Baquero Alvarez, and Samantha B. Baqueroalvarez.
- Strategic Analysis: The Info In Context™ (IIC) geopolitical and deep analysis division is the sole intellectual property of J. Marcelo Baqueroalvarez, licensed for use under BeeZee Vision, LLC™.
- Creative Assets: The Half Life Crisis™ (HLC) literary/visual assets and associated proprietary strategic frameworks are the sole intellectual property of J. Marcelo Baqueroalvarez and Samantha B. Baqueroalvarez, licensed for use under BeeZee Vision, LLC™.
- Protection: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or "derivative rebranding" of any asset within this network is strictly prohibited.
2. PROHIBITION ON AI TRAINING & DATA SCRAPING BZV assets are curated for human consumption and authorized mission use only. The use of any site content, imagery, or text for AI model training, data scraping, or automated harvesting without an express, written commercial license from BZV is a direct violation of our operational security and intellectual property rights.
3. TRADEMARK NOTICE & BRAND INTEGRITY BeeZee Vision™, BZV™, myBZV™, BZVweb™, Info In Context™, and Half Life Crisis™ are protected marks. Unauthorized use of these marks to imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership is prohibited. This protection extends to the misuse, defacing, or unauthorized replication of BZV logos, iconography, and digital avatars. Any breach will be met with immediate legal escalation.

BZV DATA SHIELD (PRIVACY PROTOCOL)
1. THE BZV PRIVACY DOCTRINE Privacy is a core component of Operational Security (OPSEC). BeeZee Vision, LLC™ (BZV) does not sell, lease, or monetize user data. We collect the absolute minimum information required to facilitate mission success and prevent scams or fraud from being perpetrated against our assets. Whether you are a general visitor or a high-level client, your data is handled with strict "Need-to-Know" discipline.
2. DATA COLLECTION & USAGE
- Active Intake: We collect names, emails, phone numbers, and project details voluntarily submitted via the myBZV Portal or our contact pages. This includes information submitted via social media; however, BZV strongly discourages the submission of sensitive data via social media platforms.
- Technical Logs: Minimal metadata (IP addresses, browser types) is used strictly for site optimization and to defend against malicious or nefarious activity.
- Security & Reporting: All data is housed on secure, encrypted servers and recordable media. We maintain a database of information provided voluntarily via any BZV Network resource. This information will be utilized to report statute violations, scams, fraud, harassment, or any other misuse of our network or assets, as stipulated in the BZV Rules of Engagement (ROE).
3. ZERO LIABILITY CLAUSE (FORCE MAJEURE) BeeZee Vision, LLC™ makes every reasonable effort to protect information through the use of deterrents, anti-malware safeguards, encryption, and other mitigating efforts. However, cyberattacks and social engineering are not static adversaries; they continue to evolve. BZV assumes zero liability and claims no responsibility for any malicious attacks, data compromises, or breaches whatsoever occurring during the use of our network or in-person interactions. Users are advised they are accessing the BZV Network at their own risk.
4. EU VISITOR DECLARATION (GDPR ANNEX) Note: This section applies exclusively to residents of the European Economic Area. In accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR, BZV provides enhanced transparency for our European partners.
- Your Rights: EU citizens have the right to access, rectify, or request the "permanent erasure" of their data.
- Data Controllers: J. Marcelo Baqueroalvarez and David R. Baquero Alvarez act as the primary Data Controllers for BZV.
SECURITY NOTE: The most effective way to prevent data compromise is through personal vigilance. We urge all users to remain aware of social engineering tactics and to refrain from submitting information to any database that does not clearly delineate the risks involved. Modern convenience is often a mask for unnecessary risk; prioritize your own security posture.
