Loyalty is an altruistic action for our loved ones benefit.
I retired as a Senior Chief because I kept my promise to my daughter. After just over twenty years of oceans and deployments standing between us, I chose the role of father over the path to Master Chief. This wasn't a retreat; it was a redeployment of my focus. My daughter had had waited patiently for far too long. That separation is over.
BeeZee Vision, LLC™ was commissioned in 2013 as more than just a company — it is a family legacy. It is a growing asset built to ensure my daughter Sammy’s future and a platform where truth is never filtered through a chain of command. Sammy has been part of this crew since she was small enough to voluntarily hold a paintbrush against the office walls while her uncle Dave and I built BZV's first workspace.
This foundation is why we refuse to settle for anything less than excellence. When you work with the BZV crew, you aren't just hiring contractors; you are engaging with a unit bound by a decade of creativity, shared history, and a twenty-year of naval service promise.
