BZV RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (ROE)
Tab 1: Mission Ethics (The Gatekeeper)
The Moral Compass
BZV retains the absolute right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, whether due to availability, mission misalignment, or operational priority. Furthermore, we do not conduct business with entities that violate legal statutes, involve corruption, or promote discrimination. Any discovered violation during any engagement results in immediate termination and notification to pertinent law enforcement authorities.
Tab 2: Time & Preparation (The Sentry)
The No-Waste Policy
Our time and yours are finite and unrecoverable assets. If you arrive at a session unprepared or fail to provide requested data 24 hours in advance (within business hours), the mission is aborted with no refunds. Failure to launch due to client negligence requires a new session booking and a new payment. These sessions are not designed for administrative organization; they are intended for high-level mission planning and strategy. All operational requirements will be articulated prior to engagement. BZV does not organize our customer's files; we provide strategy.
Tab 3: Financials & Banning (The Shield)
Investment Terms
All payments for COA 2a, COA 2b, IIC-A, and IIC-B are invoiced and processed via myBZV. Payments for COA 1a and COA 1b are processed directly at the point of booking. There are no refunds. Once a window is booked, resources are allocated; a failure to show or prepare negates the opportunity for other clients to receive services and violates our No-Waste Policy. Repeated professional failure, disrespect of the process, or lack of punctuality will result in a permanent ban from all BeeZee Vision platforms and future engagements.
Tab 4: OPSEC & Classification (The Law)
OPSEC & Ethics
We do not handle classified information, production, material, materiel, or documentation at this time. All forensic work is conducted at the unclassified level using sophisticated OSINT techniques. Proprietary information is handled strictly on a "Need-to-Know" basis and requires written consent from the cognizant authority. All deliverables are marked "CONTROLLED ITEM" and disseminated under the specific guidelines mutually approved for each project.
Tab 5: Communication Protocol (Caging Bandwidth)
Comms Doctrine
All communication is handled exclusively through the myBZV Portal or designated Email. To maintain mutual accountability and strict version control, clients are required to maintain single-thread communication per project. We do not respond to DMs, unscheduled phone calls, or texts.
Operational Window: Unless a COA 2b mission dictates a unique tactical schedule, the communication window is 0900 – 1500 (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Response times are guaranteed within 12–24 business hours.
Bandwidth Control: Communications are strictly regulated to mitigate "chatter," rework, and delays. Unscheduled calls or protocol bypasses will incur a $2,000 operational surcharge.
Tab 6: ZERO HARASSMENT POLICY (The Deterrent)
Personal Security & Data Privacy
BeeZee Vision, LLC™ maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, doxxing, personal/digital intimidation, or any manifestation of implied or active violence. Any attempt to compromise our personal privacy, bypass operational security (OPSEC), or harass our affiliates will result in the immediate termination of all engagements without refund, followed by a formal referral to pertinent law enforcement authorities.
We do not merely "block" or "ban" — we document, preserve, and report the evidence. Data exchange is conducted via encrypted channels, and we demand the same level of professional conduct in return. This doctrine is strictly enforced; a breach of this protocol constitutes more than unprofessional conduct — it is a violation of legal statutes and will be treated as such.
